It’s Day 9 of the 10-day New Years challenge!
Even though some of us may be stuck at home that doesn't mean you are stuck with your personal growth. In a couple of minutes challenge yourself to make small changes that will make a big difference in your life.
Day 9: Positive reminders.
Once you are in the thick of your day it can be hard to remember to keep positive. Today's challenge is simple but has been incredibly effective in my life!
Set 3 alarms that will go off throughout the day. For each alarm, select a unique tone and customise the description to be a reminder, word or mantra that will help you keep in a positive mindset.
I have one alarm that goes off at 12:30 pm reminding me each day "Gratitude is the key to happiness”.
Your challenge today is to set 3 of these alarms with empowering reminders you will see throughout your day.
